Roadside Assist

Roadside Assist is a roadside assistance service designed to assist TruTravel insureds with covered emergencies when their owned or leased vehicles are disabled as a result of unavoidable circumstances during a covered trip.

Coverage Notes

The above emergencies are subject to a $50 covered service limitation per occurrence. Only one service call for the same cause will be covered during any seven-day period, and only two services are allowed per 12-month term.

• You are responsible for any non-covered expenses or covered costs in excess of your $50 per occurrence maximum.
• Service must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this program and is extended to vehicles owned or leased (12 months or longer) by you or your spouse.
• All of the services provided are described herein and are applicable throughout the United States. Note: Assistance obtained through any source other than the designated Roadside Assist Company is not covered and is not reimbursable. You must contact the 24-hour, toll-free number to have an authorized network service provider dispatched to your assistance.
